Bob was responsive, prompt, effective and affordable. Very nice guy and I was very pleased. While speaking to him on the phone, he knew exactly what the problem was, picked up the part, spent 20 minutes fixing and his charge was half what other companies were going to charge for the basic service call, which would gone up for the repair.

Bob came back and finished the job. I tried 3 other plumbers and no one could get the tankless heater to function properly. Bob did not give up and finally he worked it out. I really appreciated his tenacity.

I heard about Newport Tankless from a radio ad and called for a free estimate. Newport Tankless installed my tankless water heater over the weekend - which was great!- no time off work for me! The job was done in one day and they took my old tank away. The owner filled out my tax credit paperwork, which was nice.

They installed our tankless heater over 2 years ago - did a great job. We recently had a problem with the fan (within warranty period). They came out and got it replaced the same day. Very fair prices and good - professional work. If you inspect the connections and the venting - you'll see that it's top notch. Highly recommended.

these guys were quick to service my unit and had all the paper work for my tax rebates. You never know how much you need hot water till you run out an with all my kids in the house they saved the day within minutes they had the problem fixed thanx Newport Tankless

Bob came out gave me a good estimate. A plumber came out the next day and did the job. Bob had all the paper work all the tax credit and rebate information. I was very happy with everything.
